Week 7

On Week 7 I had a one to one meeting with Dave. He absolutely helped me structure my ideas. 

Guided me by directing me where I can push my ideas. Also explaining to me my weakness as he had the chance to analyse me for the past 2 years, and one important thing he noticed about me is that I have many ideas but I get distracted easily when another idea comes up, this affect me how much research I do in depth for my work.

We spoke about my strength which is clearly drawing, I proved this by showing dave my personal art instagram page: 

to give him a feel of the type of digital art work i do, what I would like to do in my career.

Before the meeting I wanted and only applied for Motion Graphic jobs, as I did a quick brief research on the job and what skills you need in order to be recruited. it interested me especially what you can design in motion graphics

The problem is Motion Graphics has too many brunches that comes out in that field alone, Music, advertisement, animation, television and the list goes on.

So Daves asked  "where do you see yourself going with it".

this made me re think, I went back to do some hardcore research on the job looking at every single field and other people work from different field.

So from having that productive meeting I decided to create an interactive music video relating to knife crime campaign this music video will include some sketch drawings + motion graphics effects.

For my prototyping project therefore I can link this major project for all three of module because it will look amazing to be on my portfolio.
