31 Media Ltd is an international media and events company. We publish numerous print and digital media products. We organise and deliver conferences, awards ceremonies, and seminars. We operate in the UK and Canada.

About the job:

The junior designer will work closely with the senior designer and be responsible for the marketing collateral for the company’s events.

Requirements:

• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• HTML and CSS
• Wordpress
• Working with macOS
• Basic video editing (Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro)

Beneficial knowledge of:

• Working with a stills camera
• MailChimp
• WPBakery Page Builder (Wordpress plugin)

Responsibilities for the junior designer:

• Updating the company websites with non-editorial content.
• Creating e-shots (newsletters) in Mailchimp to promote company events and products.
• Create print and digital marketing collateral & events collateral (web banners, e-shots, roll-up banners, booklets, print adverts, badges).
• Prepare artwork for marketing products (expo bags, pens, notepads, etc).
• Conceptualise and create visual design ideas.
• Prepare the magazine for press (once every two months).
• Record and edit interview videos for each event.
• Update Mailchimp with e-shot banners and other advertising/marketing collateral.
